硼替佐米诱导联合自体干细胞移植治疗的疗效优于单纯

干细胞移植治疗AL淀粉样变性的一项随机临床试验

目前，本单位发表了关于AL淀粉样变性治疗的一项临床试验的研究结果，文章发表在国际知名刊物BMCMedicine（影响因子6.68）。

研究结果表明硼替佐米联合地塞米松的方案诱导治疗两疗程后行自体干细胞移植的疗效优于单纯干细胞移植，且不会增加干细胞移植的风险，随访观察患者的血液学反应率及远期生存率均有所提高。
